Chinese New Year came early this year and it is the Year of the Metal Rat! The Rat's horoscope this year poses to experience challenges but will get better in the middle of the year. This year, there were some funding issues that cancelled the parade and block party. But, Choy Chang and Cultural Plaza was still on!
